What will it cost?
What's on the land moves the price far more than acreage does.
$1,000 – $6,000
for 2 acres of brush & trees
A ballpark, not a quote. Based on 2025–26 cost guides (Lawn Love, Fixr) and Charlotte-area pricing. Stumps, grading and hauling often cost extra, and small jobs may carry a minimum charge.

Short answers.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's free for property owners. Crews pay us a referral fee.
Who are the crews?
Independent local clearing and excavation businesses. We're a referral service, not a contractor. You agree terms directly with the crew you pick.
What happens to the trees?
Your call. Mulch them in place (usually cheapest), haul them away, or keep the ones you like. Timber rarely pays on small lots. Loggers typically need 10–20+ acres to make a harvest worthwhile.
How do you choose crews?
We only send your project to independent businesses that clear land in your county and have agreed to respond quickly. Always check licensing and insurance with a crew before you hire.
Do I need a permit?
For bigger jobs, often. In North Carolina, disturbing more than one acre usually needs an approved erosion control plan, filed at least 30 days before work starts. Your crew should flag it.
Do I have to hire anyone?
No. Get prices, ask questions, decide later.
